PhotoDote was born from the vision of Akshat Jain, who is an alumni of MCRC, Jamia Milia University with a Post-Graduate in Still Photography and Visual Communication and also a Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication from IP University. Akshat finished his training in 2010 and worked for three years as a successful commercial photographer in New Delhi, a chance opportunity with a friend then introduced him to wedding photography and there has been no looking back since then.

Through his experience as a wedding photographer for over a decade, Akshat realized the great need for exceptional photographers who also understand how to provide a stress-free experience. He feels a sense of responsibility and takes pride in knowing that his clients consider him the best person to capture and preserve the most important celebrations in their lives.
Today, Akshat is one of the most well-known names in the photography industry. He has won the Sony World Photography Award, is a visiting faculty member at Shiv Nadar University, and has conducted photography workshops with EdTerra Edventures. He leads a team of creatives that includes specialized photographers, cinematographers, and designers who work towards his vision of providing an authentic, artistic, and modern wedding photography service.
